The hospitality area for all artists is located in the backstage area of the Fire Stage. From here, our on-site shuttles will transport acts to the Water Stage, Eectrees Stage, and New Port Stage for their performances.
In the Artist Village, you will find the Artist Reception and the Promoter’s Office, as well as your dressing rooms and shared sanitary facilities. In addition, we have set up a relaxation area and a catering tent for you. All artists are also warmly invited to our VIP area, including the aftershow party, both day and night. Information about further on-site and off-site offers is available at the Artist Reception.
Access to the backstage area of the DEICHBRAND Festival is granted exclusively to individuals with a work assignment on the show day.
Your wristbands must be worn on your wrist, and passes must be worn visibly on your person. Transferring accreditations to others is not permitted and will result in removal from the backstage area.
Unless otherwise agreed with us, the number of social media personnel per travel party is limited to one person. Please note that photography and video recording are permitted only in your dressing rooms and not in the outdoor areas of the Artist Village.
DRESSING ROOMS, SANITARY FACILITIES, TOWELS
During the festival, we will provide you with dressing rooms. The exact number will be communicated during the advancing process. Our dressing rooms consist of containers. The earliest guaranteed get-in time for your dressing room is 10:00 AM on your performance day.
Please note that the dressing room curfew is three hours after the end of your performance, but no later than midnight. If your show ends after midnight, the curfew will be adjusted accordingly.
A shared sanitary area is available backstage for all artists. The showers are individual, lockable cabins, ensuring your privacy. Private sanitary facilities are not available.
Bath towels are available from the artist relations team in the backstage area, while stage towels can be obtained directly from stage management on stage. Please note that we provide white towels only.
CATERING
On site, we will provide you with comprehensive catering. The catering tent is located directly in the Artist Village.
For late-night meals, please contact us in advance. At the Artist Check-In, you will receive QR codes along with your credentials for you and your travel party, which can be scanned in the catering tent.
We recommend taking a photo of the QR codes immediately after receiving them. Lost codes cannot be replaced.

HOSPITALITY
Your submitted hospitality riders will be reviewed and coordinated. Dressing rooms are generally stocked with water, soft drinks, beer, as well as snacks and light refreshments.Any additional special items listed in your rider will be available at Artist Hospitality. The agreed bus catering will be provided to you upon departure.

Bus stock: Sustainability is very important to us. We therefore aim to avoid overproduction wherever possible. Our experience has shown that prepared bus stock is often not collected and that sandwiches made with great care for you end up being thrown away. This is unfortunate and unnecessary.
For this reason, we ask you to let us know whether you require bus stock and, if so, in what quantities. Please get back to us by July 6, 2026.
If we do not receive a response by then, we cannot guarantee that bus stock will be provided. For bus stock that is fully prepared but not collected, we will charge a “not taken” fee of €5 per sandwich. The proceeds generated from this will be donated to Tafel Cuxhaven.
RUNNER
We will provide one general runner for any necessary errands. Please note that from Saturday at 8:00 PM and throughout all of Sunday, all shops will be closed (including dry cleaners and laundromats).
HOTELS
There are no hotels located directly at the festival site. The nearest larger cities are Bremerhaven and Cuxhaven. Below you will find some hotel recommendations for independent booking:
