Photographers are accredited exclusively through the festival’s Press/Media Team. Accredited photographers are permitted to take photos from the pit during the first three songs (first 3, no flash). If your photo policy differs from this, please inform us immediately.
Our internal photo/film team will contact you shortly to coordinate further details. Official festival photographers may also be present in the backstage area. The photos are for documentation purposes only and will not be published.
Visitors are allowed to use non-professional digital cameras as well as mobile phone cameras on the festival grounds.
FILM
For internal use, marketing purposes, and social media (official DEICHBRAND aftermovie, trailers, etc.), a maximum of 2–3 videographers from our internal DEICHBRAND media team will film short highlight clips of your performances.
Our media team will use handheld cameras only. The recorded highlight clips will be a maximum of 3–5 seconds long and will consist of video footage only—no audio will be recorded.
If you do not agree to this, please inform us by July 6, 2026 at the latest.

BROADCASTING I RECORDING I SCREENS
All shows on the Water Stage and Fire Stage will be broadcast live on the five large video walls (IMAG screens) located to the left and right of the Fire and Water Stages, as well as behind the FOH at the Fire Stage.
This broadcast ensures good visibility and an enhanced concert experience for all visitors in the infield and is also an important component of the officially approved safety concept.Professional audio and video recordings of your performances will only be made with your permission. These recordings are “no guarantee shots,” meaning that while the concerts may be recorded, no material may be used without your prior written agreement and approval.
DRONES
We would like to inform you that the use of drones or similar aerial devices anywhere on the festival grounds is strictly prohibited without prior written approval from the authorities and confirmation from festival management. This applies to all areas, including the event site, backstage, camping areas, parking lots, etc.
Flying drones over crowds is prohibited in Germany at all times. In addition, the festival site is located within a military airspace zone.
Violations of the drone ban will be prosecuted by the authorities. If a drone is required for your performance and you need a permit, please arrange this in advance during the planning stage.
